The structure follows as below:Zoth provides liquidity to Venus, a Neo Bank.Venus provides the liquidity to the asset originator in Colobia, Latin America that uses these funds for its factoring operations, which typically have 30-90 day repayment terms.

Zoth is adopting multiple risk mitigation strategies for the deals live on this pool. These include Recourse factoring, Promissory Note, Undated signed corporate cheque, Corporate & Personal guarantee, upto 100% first loss coverage by Asset Originator, Institutional Credit Guarantee applicable to the respective regions of the asset.
